What are ProSocial Circles?
ProSocial Circles help to build community in spaces you already frequent (e.g. businesses, non-profits, social groups). Utilizing a small group structure, you join a circle where a facilitator leads the group through guided conversations about connection, everyday happiness, and shared experience.

How does the Pilot work?
The Pilot Program is three sessions ranging from 30-50 minutes (see below) usually held at the same time on consecutive weeks. The goal of the Pilot is to determine if ProSocial Circles is the right fit for your organization.
-
No sign-ups
-
No cost
-
No pressure
Session 1: 30 Minutes
The first ProSocial Circle gathering is designed to help people move quickly from curiosity to connection.
-
In this opening session, a Circle facilitator will offer participants the opportunity to engage in small group conversations with guided questions that encourage shared storytelling.
-
The content of every Circle gathering is directed at themes that create connection with our fellow participants as well as improving our happiness and well-being.
-
The theme of Session 1 explores the role of spontaneity in our lives and how stepping outside our usual routines can open the door to connection and fresh perspective.
-
As soon as you enter the session, you will receive a slip with a question that will break you into small groups.
-
From there, the facilitator will guide your group through various interactive activities designed to naturally ease people into conversation.

Remember, there's no sign-up, no cost, no pressure. Just a chance to connect.

Session 2: 40 Minutes
The second ProSocial Circle gathering builds on the connections formed in the first session while inviting participants to engage at a slightly deeper level.
-
In this session, a Circle facilitator will guide participants through interactive conversations designed to strengthen trust, encourage reflection, and create space for more meaningful dialogue.
-
The theme of Session 2 explores how embracing adventure can encourage us to step beyond our comfort zones and remain open to growth.
-
As you arrive, you’ll once again be guided into small-group interactions that help reconnect familiar faces while introducing new ones.
-
From there, the facilitator will lead the group through an exercise designed to cultivate a positive growth mindset in everyday life.
The goal of this session is to foster deep connection with others in your community through thoughtful conversation and shared experience.
Session 3: 50 Minutes
The third ProSocial Circle gathering is designed to deepen the sense of belonging developed cultivated in the first two sessions.
-
In this session, a Circle facilitator will guide participants to reflect on the kinds of relationships and environments where we feel most at home.
-
The theme of Session 3 explores how belonging is not something we simply find, but something we actively create through the qualities we bring into our relationships.
-
The cadence will feel familiar as your facilitator will once again guide you into small-group conversations and reflective activities designed to help uncover the gifts and qualities that make you a good friend.
The ultimate goal of this final session of the pilot is simple — to leave participants with a clearer sense of how authentic connection and belonging can become an ongoing part of their lives.
