Raw Ingredients

If you own a business, run a non-profit or host a social group where people regularly gather in your space, then you already have all the raw ingredients to build strong community.

The Problem

THE PROBLEM

Community Doesn't Build Itself

Simply sharing a space rarely produces meaningful connection. Without intentional structure, people often participate side-by-side without ever truly getting to know one another.

ProSocial provides the social accelerant that helps organizations unlock the community potential already present in their gatherings.

Impact

Impact for Organizations

When a business, non-profit or social group utilizes ProSocial Circles to strengthen community bonds, there are a wide a range of benefits.

Impact for Participants

ProSocial Circles create intentional spaces where people feel seen, heard, and connected. Below are examples of the ways ProSocial Circles impact participants.

THE SOLUTION

How ProSocial Circles Work

ProSocial Circles are short, facilitated gatherings designed to help participants connect through meaningful conversation. These sessions typically take place immediately after existing activities, making them easy for organizations to integrate into their current schedule and follow these steps:

  • Participants finish their regular activity

  • Those interested stay for a facilitated conversation

  • Guided questions encourage shared stories and connection

  • Relationships begin to form within the group

Sessions typically last 30–50 minutes.

Start with the Pilot Program

Organizations interested in exploring the impact of ProSocial Circles can begin with a free three-session pilot. The pilot is designed to be low-risk and easy to implement within existing programming.

Group Discussion Meeting

Pilot Includes:

  • Three facilitated gatherings

  • Minimal disruption to your schedule

  • Anonymous participant survey

  • A summary report with insights about community, engagement, and referral potential

This allows organizations to explore the benefits of intentional community-building before committing to ongoing programming.
