Sarah Greene-Falk, MS, MA, LCPC is a licensed counselor and sports and performance psychology coach with nearly 20 years of experience helping people build the psychological skills to connect, communicate, and thrive.

 

As founder of PsychEdge, she has worked with athletes, performers, executives, and coaches to bring the same evidence-based frameworks she uses in high-performance settings to the everyday challenge of human connection.

 

Sarah brought her expertise in group dynamics, emotional self-management, and behavioral psychology to ProSocial Networks in 2026, serving as Curriculum Consultant in the development of the ProSocial Pilot and ProSocial Circles Curriculum.

 

Her background in both kinesiology and clinical counseling gives the ProSocial gathering model its psychological grounding, ensuring that each session is designed not just to feel good, but to create lasting change in how people relate to one another.
