ProSocial Facilitator Training

If you are interested in becoming a ProSocial Facilitator, read the training information along with the Code of Conduct and fill out the form below. Once we have verified your credentials, you will receive updates about scheduled trainings. The training certifies your ability to run Pilot Programs for ProSocial Circles.

Training Certification

Becoming a certified ProSocial Facilitator allows you to run the ProSocial Circle Pilot Program among businesses, non-profits and social groups in your local area. Successful pilots will result in contracts where the facilitator will be paid to run ProSocial Circles for the organization. Below are main topics covered by this two-day intensve training course.

Learn how to introduce ProSocial Circles into real-world organizations through a simple three-session pilot. During the training, you’ll learn how to implement the Pilot, create measurable community impact and communicate the value of ProSocial to potential partner organizations.

Program Design

ProSocial Curriculum

Master the guided conversation framework that powers ProSocial Circles. You’ll learn how to facilitate meaningful dialogue using the Happiness Wheel, helping participants share stories, build trust, and form connections across diverse backgrounds.

Operational Tools

ProSocial Software Systems

Get trained on the digital tools that support ProSocial Facilitators. These systems help you manage sessions (curriculum, contracts, contact information), collect participant feedback, and generate insights that demonstrate the impact of community-building for organizations.

Potential Earnings

Facilitators earn $100 per session with businesses and $70 per session with nonprofits, with many organizations signing renewable contracts for weekly or biweekly Circle sessions for six months to a year after a successufl Pilot.

Because you can partner with multiple organizations at once, your income scales with the number of contracts you establish in your area.

Even a small number of ongoing partnerships can quickly offset the cost of certification ($1,100) and generate consistent income.

This model is designed to be repeatable, flexible, and growth-oriented.

Facilitator Code of Conduct

When leading ProSocial Circles, Facilitators are prohibited from promoting views that spread hate, prejudice, racism, sexism, misogyny and bigotry.

Likewise, Facilitators are prohibited from engaging in abusive or sexually inappropriate language, acts or gestures towards ProSocial Circle partipants.

If you are found to be promoting these views or engaging in abusive or sexually inappropriate actions, your role as a ProSocial Facilitator will be suspended, pending investigation.

If allegations are verified, your Facilitator contracts will be cancelled and certifications revoked.

To become a ProSocial Facilitator, ProSocial needs to verify your professional background. Please provide two references who can speak to your professional qualifications. If these references cannot be reached or they cannot verify your ability to lead small groups, you will not be accepted into the training.
