PROSOCIAL CIRCLES

Lonliness Banner.jpg

Feelings of loneliness and disconnection are at an all-time high. Community is becoming harder to find. ProSocial seeks to correct this problem by creating meaningful connections in familiar spaces you already frequent.

WHAT ARE PROSOCIAL CIRCLES?

ProSocial Circles help to build community in spaces you already frequent (e.g. businesses, non-profits, social groups). Utilizing a small group structure, you join a circle where a facilitator leads the group through guided conversations about connection, everyday happiness, and shared experience.

CIRCLE GATHERINGS

ProSocial Circles are guided small-group gatherings designed to help people move beyond superficial conversation into genuine human connection.

Through thoughtful questions, shared storytelling, and intentional community-building, participants experience deeper belonging while gaining tools to foster meaningful relationships in everyday life.

WHERE DO CIRCLES HAPPEN?

You’re a busy person. ProSocial makes accessing community simple by meeting you in places you’re already spending time. For example, after a yoga class, interested participants can stay for a 30–50 minute facilitated gathering designed to deepen connection.

WHAT DO YOU TALK ABOUT?

Each ProSocial gathering explores one theme from the Happiness Wheel, a framework that highlights different aspects of well-being and human connection.

Through guided conversation and shared experience, participants reflect on how these themes shape their lives and relationships.
